1 Introduction and Acceptance

hbdd ("we", "platform") is an online gaming service provider that operates slot games, live casino, cricket betting and various other entertainment gaming categories for users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Only

Each person may create only one account. Attempts to create multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or within the same household will be treated as suspicious, and all associated accounts may be closed.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If you register with false or misleading information, your account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

hbdd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure safe gaming. Copies of a national identity card, passport or birth certificate may be requested. This verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or large transactions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on hbdd is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.

4.3 Payment Method Rules

• It is advisable for deposits and withdrawals to use the same method.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any bank or mobile banking charges applicable to each transaction are the sole responsibility of the user.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, hbdd may request additional verification.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

hbdd complies with anti-money laundering regulations. If unusual transactions are detected in any account, hbdd reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds and conduct any necessary investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the total combined amount of the deposited principal and the bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x). No funds may be withdrawn from the bonus before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse, the bonus on the relevant account will be cancelled.
• hbdd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

hbdd has three VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier determination and cashback payment are entirely at hbdd's discretion and are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

hbdd believes in fair play. All games are operated by each provider's own Random Number Generator (RNG) system. No game outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software error, network disruption or technical issue produces an abnormal result, hbdd reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. Any winnings displayed as a result of such an error will not be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum betting limit, which is displayed in the game interface. hbdd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, please notify our support team within 72 hours via live chat or email. Game logs and server data will be considered as final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbdd platform:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using automated scripts, bots or software to participate in games.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Betting on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information.
• Colluding or conspiring to influence game outcomes.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.

In any case, hbdd's liability will be limited to a maximum of the value of that specific transaction.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 At hbdd's Initiative

hbdd may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Compliance with directions from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Evidence of registration with false information.

11.2 At the User's Initiative

You may request the closure of your own account at any time. Before making the request, all funds free of bonuses with completed wagering requirements must be withdrawn.

12 Changes and Amendments

hbdd reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified at your registered email address if significant changes are made.
